At Fit To Serve Canada, we believe physical readiness is about more than simply passing a test. It is about preparing individuals to meet the real demands of public service with confidence, professionalism, and integrity.

More Than Fitness Testing
Our mission extends beyond evaluation alone.
- Build long-term physical readiness
- Create professional testing environments
- Deliver operationally relevant preparation
- Support candidates with education-based coaching
- Promote professionalism, fairness, and consistency
We believe physical readiness is not only about performance on test day — it is about helping create healthier, more capable, and better-prepared public safety professionals for the future.
Built on professionalism, fairness, and operational excellence.
Fit To Serve Canada represents the continuation and evolution of a vision originally built alongside co-founder Paul St-Onge, whose influence and dedication helped shape the organization’s foundation and direction.
Paul was widely respected for his commitment to professionalism, fairness, operational excellence, and candidate development within occupational fitness preparation and standardized testing.
One of his greatest contributions was the belief that candidates should not simply train to complete a fitness test, but should instead be educated and physically prepared for the realities of public safety careers.
That philosophy remains embedded within every aspect of Fit To Serve Canada today.
